The Livas Group and it’s design team designed the Dining Facility and Activity Hall at Hampton University to serve as an institutional focal point on the campus. Located on the shoreline of the Hampton River, the two story 88,000 square foot facility will house two dining halls, one of which will be for the student population and will seat 1,000. The two story convex glass curtain wall that is the length of the building allows for a prime waterfront view.
LGA was recognized by Architectural Portfolio Publication in 2008 for Educational Design Excellence.
