We believe that individual attention to the client’s particular problem cannot be overemphasized. The Livas Group believes that contemporary projects must include close budget control as a part of the Architectural program, and that no project can be brought to a successful conclusion unless it is done so within the available funds of the client. All personnel concerned with the services are checked before being released to the client for approval. The LGA team emphasizes continued dialogue with the client and all the various consultants to help assure the development and attainment of a realistic and satisfactory schedule.
